Dear KBK8 Families,
It is with great excitement that I welcome you to a new school year at Key Biscayne K–8 Center!
As we begin this journey together, I am proud to introduce our 2026–2027 theme: One Fin, One Family: An Ocean of Possibilities. This theme reflects who we are as a school community. We are one family, united by a shared commitment to supporting, encouraging, and inspiring one another every step of the way.
Every new school year brings a fresh start filled with opportunities to learn, grow, build friendships, and discover new passions. I truly believe that every child has unique gifts, and it is our privilege to help each student reach their fullest potential in a safe, caring, and engaging environment.
Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to providing meaningful learning experiences that challenge our students academically while helping them grow as kind, confident, and responsible individuals. We know that the strongest schools are built on strong partnerships, and I look forward to working alongside our families to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
As we navigate this Ocean of Possibilities, I encourage each of us to embrace new challenges, celebrate every accomplishment, and continue building the strong sense of community that makes KBK8 such a special place. Together, as One Fin, One Family, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.
